- Lexus Personalized Settings:
Lexus vehicles include a variety of electronic features that can be personalized to your preferences. For example, doors can be programmed to remain locked when you shift into "Park." Depending on the model, Wilde Lexus programs features at no charge either at the time of delivery, at the 30-day/1,000-mile scheduled maintenance service, before the 6-month/5,000-mile scheduled service (2010 RX, RX Hybrid, GX and HS Hybrid) or within 12 months of the vehicle's in-service date. Programming of your Lexus Personalized Settings requires special equipment and may be performed only by an authorized Lexus dealership.
- Service Loaner Vehicles:
If your vehicle must be kept overnight at Wilde Lexus for a warranty covered condition that requires more than eight hours to repair, Lexus will provide you with a complimentary loaner vehicle.
- Roadside Assistance:
Roadside assistance is provided for 48 months from your vehicle's in-service date, regardless of mileage (24 hours a day, 365 days a year for vehicles operated within the U.S. territories and Canada).
- Elite of Lexus:
Wilde Lexus is an "Elite of Lexus" dealership. This is a special award for dealers who excel at sales, service and overall ownership support.
- Breakfast Club:
Wilde Lexus owners are invited to participate in our monthly Breakfast Club. These informative tech clinics are designed to help our customers with any questions about the Lexus Bluetooth and Navigation systems. Breakfast Clubs are scheduled on the third Friday of every month. A continental breakfast is served and attendees can get their cars washed during the class.
