I am on my 8th Wilde car, 7 of the from Lexus. One of the reasons I keep going back is Debbie Millis in service..I can ALWAYS count on her. Her personality and car knowledge is outstanding and honestly it is one of the main reason I keep coming back (Oh yeah maybe the CAR too).....The people that work at the service departments at both Lexus and Jag, will keep customers ALWAYS coming back. I rate a dealership based on my Service Experience. It all starts with the 'Service Writer'. When I moved here from out of state with my two Lexus Cars, I needed service. My experience that started with Debbie Millis and continued with getting quality work done by the Technicians, is the reason I bought my next Lexus at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. It's also the reason I recommend Wilde to my new neighbors. Debbie defines great Customer Service. She does all she can to make sure you're not inconvenienced and the fact she remembers conversations from past visits is remarkable!Anyone can be pleasant when selling you a car - how you handle a customer when they have issues with that car is when the 'real rubber hits the road'! We had a great experience working with David Brawner when buying our first Lexus. We will probably buy another one in two to three years and hopefully David will still be there to walk us through the process. He was great in every way. We did not intend to purchase when we stopped at the dealership, David gave us all the space we needed and we really liked what we saw so we went looking for him to make it all happen. Prior to buying the Lexus we have had several Toyotas and enjoyed each one and would give them a 10 rating. Our experience with David and the entire Wilde Lexus staff was better by far, the best car buying experience ever. If our new Lexus gives us the service over the long haul that we received in the first couple of days we will be coming back for sure. Curt was an amazing sales person! He wasn't pushy or overbearing in any way. When it came to the financing, Chuck was very informative and also very easy to work with. Devyn walked us through all of the features on the car and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall excellent experience!
