I have been a customer at Lexus for six years and bought by Rx 350 in 2012. The front desk always is pleasant and makes appointments quickly and tried to fit you in as best as they can. The service department, I always go to Lisa R., is very thorough and tries their best to get you in and out with quality service. They have multiple waiting rooms with comfy leather chairs, wifi, and refreshments. If you need to be somewhere they can drop you off and pick you up in one of their cars or you can receive a rental. I have used this service often and they are always quick to pick you up and are very polite. I have had no issues with my car and credit it to the amazing service that this dealership provides. They go above and beyond and would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone looking into buying a Lexus or who needs quality service.
My 2016 Lexus is in your body shop with mega damage from a recent collision. Curt helped me decide to buy a new car when we realized that safety would be an issue after it was repaired.he was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of his time. I was happy to know that Tim Eldridge will still be my service consultant since I enjoyed working with him in the past!

I had been searching for a particular make, model and trim for about a year locally and nationwide. It appeared as a trade in at Wilde Lexus Sarasota and was placed online the next day. When I saw it online at 3pm on a rainy Saturday I called and spoke with Greg Brock. He walked out to the service area in the rain to check on the vehicle and called me right back. It was the vehicle I had been looking for but it was not through the detail service yet. He kindly agreed to let me come see it, drive it and put a deposit on it pending a service check right at closing time. I came in looking for a GS350. There were several there but not in my color choice. Then Jim showed me a 2016 GS200T. It was my color choice and had low miles. Took it for a spin and I knew the search was over. This is our 3rd Lexus over the years. Working with Jim Lally was a pleasure. No pressure and he's a great guy.
Searching for a car online can be a challenge. Often things are not as they are described. Thankfully this was not the case at Wilde Lexus where I purchased a 2013 Avalon Hybrid. I arranged a test drive over the phone, the car was ready on my arrival and was as described. Very clean. Patrick Chartrand, Wilde’s internet sales manager was a pleasure to deal with. Four days later when I made my decision to purchase, having received no badgering phone calls, i notified Patrick and he had everything taken care of, satisfied a couple of requests, and had me on my way in under an hour. Overall just an excellent experience at Wilde, and by Patrick. Highly recommend this dealership.
Sales person, Curt Gosman, was excellent. He was always friendly and helpful (even when we often asked for additional test drives or information). He frequently said "I want you guys to be happy". And we are. The Sales Management was also just as friendly and accommodating, especially Craig McGregor. The tech staff member Kenny Turner made sure we knew all the controls and features of our vehicle before we left the dealership. When it came to the finance part, Ken Turner kept us on the right path and was understanding in all our requests. We are happy with our experience at Wilde and very glad we went to them for our new vehicle,
My daughter needed a larger vehicle than her CT 200 as she acquired a second Portuguese Water Dog and she is active in running and biking. Based on my experience with the service department we chose Wilde and received the best buying experience one could ever expect from Patrick. Patrick has made sure that a concern we had with the vehicle was addressed and this is after the sale! My daughter loves her RX. We came in for a NX for my wife. Alex the sales person took care of us very well. My wife settled on a beautiful Red NX with Nav. Alex helped us every step of the way. Made it very easy! We got a great deal. We were so happy we got another car. Really. I got an IS in black. Beautiful. Scott in finance worked it all out for us. Got us a great finance package. Worked through everything. He knew what he was doing. Two other folks helped us learn all the buttons and stuff before we left. They helped us out. Scott and Devyn. These guys were smart - and patient. Very cool. They gave us their cards for any questions. Scott may wish he didn't give my wife his card! We are livin sweeeet now!
