Just a couple of weeks ago our daughter was driving from work in her 2016 Lexus nx200. Out of nowhere, she was blindsided - side swiped 3 times and destroyed her car. Disappointing back and forth with internet sales. Tried purchasing a vehicle and was met with ‘let me check with my manager’ like it was legacy Sales still. Hours go by and no word. Not sure there is a point to having internet sales if you just get funneled through the same old routines. Disappointed as I have not had any gimmicks or problems purchasing my last three vehicles through Lexus, Genesis, and Mercedes.

I bought a used car from them asked if the car had been in a flood before and they said "we would never accept nor resale a flood vehicle". Come to find out after having extreme problems with it starting 1 year after purchase it has been flooded. Do not trust these people.

I like my car but my experience at Lexus of Sarasota left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in ready to buy, and felt taken advantage of during the financing. We shook on a number, then after reading the fine print learned the quote-unquote deal was reached by stripping out warranty items, not a true price adjustment. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership!
We just bought a certified used Lexus from Lexus of Sarasota. If you are buying used, look the car over multiple times and thoroughly. We got to test drive if for maybe ten minutes, which was not long enough. There were many things wrong with the car, ripped leather, scratches on back interior side panels, chip in windshield, no caps on tire valves, seal of sunroof was bad.
