The young lady who answered the phone could have simply told me to call back the next day, but instead, she asked me to hold while she checked to see what she could do to help.

Living in New Jersey, I wanted to find a 2026 Lexus NX 350 h. There were only three to be had and I chose the one at Sarasota Lexus. Although I had to wait a long time (not their fault) they made the process seamless. Austin Guzman, my dealer, responded to all my questions and concerns. He kept me aware of each step. Our service tech was extremely helpful. He kept us advised all the time we spent there. I brought my car in for an oil change promo. I think it took over wo hours before we were notified that the car was ready. I believe this occurred due to the multi-point checkup. Although, when I arrived, they told me it would be two hours.
