I have had several Lexus models in the past 15 years and have never been unhappy with the service of Lexus of Sarasota and the quality of the vehicles.
Luis was great. We had visited the dealership a few months ago and left after a very poor experience with a salesman. We decided to try once more after we decided to purchase a BMW or a Genesis. Luis Despoux made us reverse our decision. He was knowledgeable, professional and spent time to find us a vehicle that was what we wanted. He made the entire process easy, exciting and respectful.

Courtesy and honesty were very evident. Dealing with Jaime over a few weeks made me believe this was the salesperson and dealership I wanted to do business with. Going to lexus of sarasota is a good reminder of one of the reasons to buy a lexus and that is that they treat you like family. I came here to get both maintenance and collision repair and both sides gave the most customer service experience you could ask for. The minute I met Hannah she was very personal and had a great connection with me and my husband and she did not miss one point at all. She is a great sales person. I hope they hire more people like her. Hannah is one in 1 million you should be lucky that you have her on your team.
Me and my husband came in a few weeks ago to buy a car for an older family member. Hannah helped us not only acquire a desired car, but she also helped us with other needs including obtaining an extra key and getting the windows tinted. She was very helpful and made it all happen for us!

Service was prompt and price quoted was exactly what I ended up paying. Was pleasantly surprised that they washed the car after my service was completed, which was greatly appreciated considering the love bug infestation I drove thru on the way to the dealership. I leased my 2026 Lexus a few weeks ago. I was very specific about the options I wanted and all but one thing was perfect. However. I was very unhappy about the one item being unavailable. However, the General Manager, manager, Head of service and lead technician worked extremely hard and did resolve the issue. Bought a new 2026 Lexus Rx. Our salesman Greg was great. Very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales tactics. We told where we needed to be on price then Greg got together with the manager and got it done. I highly recommend this dealership.

We purchased a Certified preowned Lexus and are very happy with the car and the experience was pretty good too. We've only had the car for two weeks now, but it appears to be in better shape than I expected. I've already detailed it pretty carefully. The salespeople did whatever they needed to do to make the sale happen and they did a good job. This is the second certified Lexus That I have purchased from Lexus of Sarasota. That says a lot in itself.

I was told that Lexus went over every system and it was working. After I got home I found that the windshield washers do not work, and in fact the hose was cut.

Can’t say enough positive things about Luis and Lexus of Sarasota! The dealership as a whole was an incredibly pleasant experience and never felt like they were stringing us along or stalling for anything.
