Mark and Toby were great.
Mark and Toby were great. Everyone was nice and they expedited the process for us. My only negative was the service department. After I left, there was oil on my carport. I took it to a local dealership, who told me the wrong oil filter was used, and it wasn't tightened, so was losing oil for the 4.5 hour drive home and in all the terrible traffic. Thank goodness it didn't damage the engine.

Good afternoon: To start, I am, and always have been a GM-line vehicle man. It was again, time, to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. Her last two vehicles were Buicks, both cars; however, we were looking for something in an SUV. We headed out in search of a vehicle for her, heading to multiple dealerships in search of her luxury vehicle. We've always been happy with GM and their line of more luxury vehicles. Couldn't find anything, anywhere they had in inventory that she liked, a medium-sized SUV with nicer quality accessories inside the vehicle. Her must haves are cooled seating, moon/sunroof, a few different color choices. No luck! We decided to go elsewhere and give other manufacturers' different models a shot. Acura, most very nice and reliable, yet didn't strike up a spark in her. Honda, Ford, Nissan, etc. would prove to provide no fruit to bear as well. We stopped by Lexus of Sarasota were we were greeted by Austin Guzman. Extremely professional, pleasant and respectful! Great personality, and proved to be invaluable to our requests, especially our "must haves " This young man was the exact reason we left there with a Lexus RXH-350. He alone made that sale to us. Austin's knowledge of Lexus products is nothing short of fantastic. Once we decided that was going to be our new vehicle, we went to financing. I know, the dreaded finance department everyone loves. However, we met with Finance Leader, Toby Gray! Once again we felt the love from Toby, and he made that whole process very easy to tolerate and get through. He answered every question we asked fully and in detail, if it was necessary. We were never made to feel dumb by some questions or that we were beneath him. We were equals, and he listened intently to every question. Toby was another phenomenal staff member who truly looked out for us and our bottom dollar. While Austin and Toby were doing their respective jobs for us, and the dealership itself, they were persistent, yet neither one was pushy or aggressive trying to sell us something. I am aware this is a "for profit" business; fortunately for us, the entire staff works hard to ensure repeat customers and they deserve it. I'd also also like to personally thank the Finance Director, Ryan Durso! He was super busy running around taking care of customers, but he stopped to ask how our experience was, and about our new purchase. Ryan was Incredibly professional and friendly. He shared some of his experiences and ensured he would oversee the maintenance items performed that we purchased with the vehicle. Overall, phenomenal experience as well as working with these magnificent folks who, you can obviously see, work so hard to give you the best experience possible when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone there I spoke with was amazing. The front reception desk and those ladies when you walk in, the folks keeping the drinks and snacks full, to those who made those delicious chocolate cookies, those who contribute to the magnificent cleanliness around the place, oh, and there's major construction going on the currently. I experience went well. The sale was smooth and uneventful. Joshua & Kaleb were very polite and well educated. When the car was delivered it was late for our 3:30 pickup. And the interior (windows) could have been cleaned/detailed a little better. But I think they were running behind. The Dealership is a disaster area (had I known, I would have gone to Tampa) but that's not anyones fault. Thus the 4 out of 5 stars. It will be nice once the construction is completed. I hope this turns out to be as nice of a owner/dealership relationship as I had with Mercedes across the street.

We just bought a certified used Lexus from Lexus of Sarasota. If you are buying used, look the car over multiple times and thoroughly. We got to test drive if for maybe ten minutes, which was not long enough. There were many things wrong with the car, ripped leather, scratches on back interior side panels, chip in windshield, no caps on tire valves, seal of sunroof was bad. We were led to believe because it was a certified car, it was in fantastic condition. In my experience, in working with car dealerships professionally and personally, Lexus of Sarasota needs a better internal system "certifying" their used cars before the cars are put on the sales lot. These things were fixed eventually, however, each time we went to the dealership for service, it was a 45-minute wait to get checked in and to pick up the car. The cleanliness of the car was not up to standards either. There was dirt and debris under the seats, and we had to clean it thoroughly after we got it home. The communication between sales and service was nonexistent, as we told the salesperson to tell service that we did not want our car washed because the vehicle had recently been clear coated. This message was not communicated. Both parties, sales and service, blamed each other. Salesperson said he didn't know they washed the cars after service, and the service person said they were not told by the salesperson the customer didn't want it washed. Love the Lexus, the dealership is beautiful, cookies are fantastic, however, the internal systems leave room for improvement.

I’ve reserved Lexus 350 H premium trim while I was still living in California. The process was very easy, Initially, Jamie was assisting me. But, when I have relocated Jamie was off and Kevin took over helping me with the process. Everything went well, Kevin and the entire Lexus team were professional, respectful and knowledgeable and the icing on the cake I got a bottle of a beautiful Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon. My salesman deserves every bit of this five-star rating. Finding a 2026 Lexus TX 550h+ in Wind Chill Pearl—a limited edition that’s no longer in production—was no small feat, and he went above and beyond to make it happen. His dedication to locating exactly what I wanted made all the difference. That said, the dealership’s fulfillment process has room for improvement. A few details fell short of what I expected for a premium purchase: • Licensing preferences — My specific preferences weren’t honored during the registration process, which required follow-up on my end. • Vehicle condition — The car arrived with missing washer fluid and needed a thorough detail, which shouldn’t be necessary on a brand-new vehicle. • Delivery logistics — The vehicle became soiled during the delivery/repair process, and I had to address cleanliness issues myself. The vehicle itself is outstanding, and my salesman’s work was flawless. However, if Sarasota Lexus fine-tuned their delivery coordination and ensured vehicles arrive in pristine condition, the overall experience would be truly seamless. Small operational adjustments would elevate an already strong sales process into an exceptional one from start to finish.

I wanted a specific color and interior, which took 6 weeks to arrive. During the waiting period, Jaime was giving me updates on the car and reassuring me. Luis Ojeda was very pleasant, giving us a warm greeting and welcome, patient and professional in making sure the car was ready to drive out. Alan was also great; he handled the financial aspect of the car. My experience was overall amazing. A week after the purchase, Lexus of Sarasota called to check up on the car to make sure I was good. We reached out with a specific car in mind and it’s the one and only car we test drove or looked at. He didn’t try to steer us towards any other vehicles and let us lead the way. Most of the time when visiting a car dealership you just want to run, but with Lexus of Sarasota that’s not the case. They set themselves apart from other dealerships from start to finish. They’ve left a lasting impression on us and will certainly be getting our business in the future.

First time purchaser of a Lexus Automobile. The experience was very pleasant, Located the vehicle I was interested in on-line and communicatd with Jaime Ramos Rosado and via email to be sure the car with the right options was in stock and available. When I arrived Jamie had the car available to inspect and answer any questions. The trade in process wen’t smoothly and the trade in I received was better than anticipated. The rest of the process went well and I especially apprecited the “Tech hands on walk thru” at vehicle delivery. Lexus of Sarasota is about a 50 mile trip from home but well worth the drive.

Horrible!! Almost $3000 in Dealer fees added to the price of a $26K Jeep Grand Cherokee. Don’t know how anyone could go along with all that. They aren’t an honest business. Avoid!! Wasted days and other options. .

I leased my 2026 Lexus a few weeks ago. I was very specific about the options I wanted and all but one thing was perfect. However. I was very unhappy about the one item being unavailable. However, the General Manager, manager, Head of service and lead technician worked extremely hard and did resolve the issue. I could not have been more impressed with their dedication to customer service and professionalism! Even the corporate Lexus personnel did not have confidence that we could resolve my issue; Sarasota Lexus continued to work diligently and efficiently and resolved my issue. I was constantly kept informed and assured that if we could not resolve my issues that we would find another solution to ensure that I was satisfied. Unbelievable customer service.
