Lexus Debuts New Concept at Detroit Auto Show! The new concept was created by the CALTY design studio in Southern California and is being dubbed a “striking new concept that reflects the next genre in luxury crossover vehicles.” Toyota became the first major car manufacturer to set up design operations in Southern California when it established CALTY design research in 1973. The Newport Beach, CA studio focuses on future innovation and creativity, the Ann Arbor, Mich. studio is focused on production design development for North America.
The LF-1 Limitless will be revealed at the Lexus Press Conference at the 2018 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The new flagship crossover will redefine the boundaries of luxury.
