I leased my 2026 Lexus a few weeks ago. I was very specific about the options I wanted and all but one thing was perfect. However. I was very unhappy about the one item being unavailable. However, the General Manager, manager, Head of service and lead technician worked extremely hard and did resolve the issue. I could not have been more impressed with their dedication to customer service and professionalism! Even the corporate Lexus personnel did not have confidence that we could resolve my issue; Sarasota Lexus continued to work diligently and efficiently and resolved my issue. I was constantly kept informed and assured that if we could not resolve my issues that we would find another solution to ensure that I was satisfied. Unbelievable customer service.

Really nice people, all six of the different people I had
Really nice people, all six of the different people I had to deal with. The low rating is based on multiple failures on execution. Original contact, failure to respond, in writing. Ordered vehicle was good until out the door price was established. Again all in writing. Sales documentation, filled out all the requested documents , go to Mexico and the sale could not go through because you never provided the notary, you required, not in writing. All equipment was requested in writing, was not provided, took days to get it done. Price increased. When I was told the car was ready for pickup, went to dealership; car was not ready did not even had a license plate. The license plate was lost and the information I was given needed to be changed. Had to change my information with my security and will not have access for three days, weekend office closed. This was not the Lexus experience I have come to expect, we have multiple Lexus’s.

Good afternoon: To start, I am, and always have been a GM-line vehicle man. It was again, time, to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. Her last two vehicles were Buicks, both cars; however, we were looking for something in an SUV. We headed out in search of a vehicle for her, heading to multiple dealerships in search of her luxury vehicle. We've always been happy with GM and their line of more luxury vehicles. Couldn't find anything, anywhere they had in inventory that she liked, a medium-sized SUV with nicer quality accessories inside the vehicle. Her must haves are cooled seating, moon/sunroof, a few different color choices. No luck! We decided to go elsewhere and give other manufacturers' different models a shot. Acura, most very nice and reliable, yet didn't strike up a spark in her. Honda, Ford, Nissan, etc. would prove to provide no fruit to bear as well. We stopped by Lexus of Sarasota were we were greeted by Austin Guzman. Extremely professional, pleasant and respectful! Great personality, and proved to be invaluable to our requests, especially our "must haves " This young man was the exact reason we left there with a Lexus RXH-350. He alone made that sale to us. Austin's knowledge of Lexus products is nothing short of fantastic. Once we decided that was going to be our new vehicle, we went to financing. I know, the dreaded finance department everyone loves. However, we met with Finance Leader, Toby Gray! Once again we felt the love from Toby, and he made that whole process very easy to tolerate and get through. He answered every question we asked fully and in detail, if it was necessary. We were never made to feel dumb by some questions or that we were beneath him. We were equals, and he listened intently to every question. Toby was another phenomenal staff member who truly looked out for us and our bottom dollar. While Austin and Toby were doing their respective jobs for us, and the dealership itself, they were persistent, yet neither one was pushy or aggressive trying to sell us something. I am aware this is a "for profit" business; fortunately for us, the entire staff works hard to ensure repeat customers and they deserve it. I'd also also like to personally thank the Finance Director, Ryan Durso! He was super busy running around taking care of customers, but he stopped to ask how our experience was, and about our new purchase. Ryan was Incredibly professional and friendly. He shared some of his experiences and ensured he would oversee the maintenance items performed that we purchased with the vehicle. Overall, phenomenal experience as well as working with these magnificent folks who, you can obviously see, work so hard to give you the best experience possible when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone there I spoke with was amazing. The front reception desk and those ladies when you walk in, the folks keeping the drinks and snacks full, to those who made those delicious chocolate cookies, those who contribute to the magnificent cleanliness around the place, oh, and there's major construction going on the currently. Honest and upfront, wonderful communicators and kind and caring. We had been car shopping for a month. We visited at least a dozen dealerships in the Sarasota, Venice and Bradenton area.. Most if not all the other dealerships were rude, unhelpful, unknowledgeable and kept trying to up sale us, to a different vehicle. The other dealerships prices, when we were getting a written offer were full of all kinds of add ons to the process proposal and quick, and tried yo use pressure to get to sign paperwork, without reading the firms. This was not the sales tactic a Sarasota Lexus. . As a female buyer, the other dealerships, in the area, assumed they could manipulate the old blonde. Didn’t happen to this gal! Not at this dealership. Sarasota Lexus was amazing Straight, honest answers, factual information and everyone treated me with respect, No rushing, no pressure, just a business with good old fashion integrity and customer service.. Professional all the way! The salesman listened to our needs and he delivered! He had the car ready and cooled down for me for my test drive.:Sarasota Lexus was the ONLY dealership that let me try the vehicle out in tge interstate. Good afternoon: To start, I am, and always have been a GM-line vehicle man. It was again, time, to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. Her last two vehicles were Buicks, both cars; however, we were looking for something in an SUV. We headed out in search of a vehicle for her, heading to multiple dealerships in search of her luxury vehicle. We've always been happy with GM and their line of more luxury vehicles. Couldn't find anything, anywhere they had in inventory that she liked, a medium-sized SUV with nicer quality accessories inside the vehicle. Her must haves are cooled seating, moon/sunroof, a few different color choices. No luck! We decided to go elsewhere and give other manufacturers' different models a shot. Acura, most very nice and reliable, yet didn't strike up a spark in her. Honda, Ford, Nissan, etc. would prove to provide no fruit to bear as well. We stopped by Lexus of Sarasota were we were greeted by Austin Guzman. Extremely professional, pleasant and respectful! Great personality, and proved to be invaluable to our requests, especially our "must haves " This young man was the exact reason we left there with a Lexus RXH-350. He alone made that sale to us. Austin's knowledge of Lexus products is nothing short of fantastic. Once we decided that was going to be our new vehicle, we went to financing. I know, the dreaded finance department everyone loves. However, we met with Finance Leader, Toby Gray! Once again we felt the love from Toby, and he made that whole process very easy to tolerate and get through. He answered every question we asked fully and in detail, if it was necessary. We were never made to feel dumb by some questions or that we were beneath him. We were equals, and he listened intently to every question. Toby was another phenomenal staff member who truly looked out for us and our bottom dollar. While Austin and Toby were doing their respective jobs for us, and the dealership itself, they were persistent, yet neither one was pushy or aggressive trying to sell us something. I am aware this is a "for profit" business; fortunately for us, the entire staff works hard to ensure repeat customers and they deserve it. I'd also also like to personally thank the Finance Director, Ryan Durso! He was super busy running around taking care of customers, but he stopped to ask how our experience was, and about our new purchase. Ryan was Incredibly professional and friendly. He shared some of his experiences and ensured he would oversee the maintenance items performed that we purchased with the vehicle. Overall, phenomenal experience as well as working with these magnificent folks who, you can obviously see, work so hard to give you the best experience possible when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone there I spoke with was amazing. The front reception desk and those ladies when you walk in, the folks keeping the drinks and snacks full, to those who made those delicious chocolate cookies, those who contribute to the magnificent cleanliness around the place, oh, and there's major construction going on the currently. I was told they would get it through service and I test drove it the next day. I bought the car and drove it home, only to have some major engine repairs needed less than 2000 miles later. I don’t have even have the actual plates on the car yet and it needs repair. I have not heard anything back from the relevant parties at the dealer to help resolve the issue.

Really nice people, all six of the different people I had to deal with. The low rating is based on multiple failures on execution. Original contact, failure to respond, in writing. Ordered vehicle was good until out the door price was established. Again all in writing. Sales documentation, filled out all the requested documents , go to Mexico and the sale could not go through because you never provided the notary, you required, not in writing. All equipment was requested in writing, was not provided, took days to get it done. Price increased. When I was told the car was ready for pickup, went to dealership; car was not ready did not even had a license plate. The license plate was lost and the information I was given needed to be changed. Had to change my information with my security and will not have access for three days, weekend office closed. This was not the Lexus experience I have come to expect, we have multiple Lexus’s.

The service department, especially now that Jason Peters has been promoted, is solid and I believe reliable and trustworthy despite the constraints they have to cope with under Morgan ownership. In contrast, the sales department continues to be dreadful. It took the finance department to ultimately sort out the mess on a lease buy-out that took far too many hours and 4 visits. Of note, Lexus Financial Services, a division of Toyota Motor Corporation, is atrocious and added insult to injury on this matter. The tension between LFS and the dealers and indeed Lexus itself is evident. LFS now has two formal complaints registered with them, still without a proper follow-up from Cynthia Tenhouse, VP Marketing, as repeatedly requested. Lexus's ad campaign offers, "Experience Awesome". As a career global ad executive, this corporation knows that to fulfill such a promise it must be delivered across all touch points and when it is not, even when its product is terrific, its brand equity will suffer!

The service at this dealership since new ownership took over has been very underwhelming. I scheduled an oil/filter service and told the scheduler I would wait for the vehicle. When I arrived I was told I would be waiting 3-4 hours…”we are very busy”. I asked why the scheduler did not mention this and was told they use a third party for scheduling. I asked if they felt it was reasonable to make someone wait for 3-4 hours for an oil change? Not much of a reply. I purchased 4 vehicles from the dealer when it was Wilde Lexus. I will not be purchasing or servicing any of my vehicles from this dealer going forward.

Good afternoon: To start, I am, and always have been a GM-line vehicle man. It was again, time, to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. Her last two vehicles were Buicks, both cars; however, we were looking for something in an SUV. We headed out in search of a vehicle for her, heading to multiple dealerships in search of her luxury vehicle. We've always been happy with GM and their line of more luxury vehicles. Couldn't find anything, anywhere they had in inventory that she liked, a medium-sized SUV with nicer quality accessories inside the vehicle. Her must haves are cooled seating, moon/sunroof, a few different color choices. No luck! We decided to go elsewhere and give other manufacturers' different models a shot. Acura, most very nice and reliable, yet didn't strike up a spark in her. Honda, Ford, Nissan, etc. would prove to provide no fruit to bear as well. We stopped by Lexus of Sarasota were we were greeted by Austin Guzman. Extremely professional, pleasant and respectful! Great personality, and proved to be invaluable to our requests, especially our "must haves " This young man was the exact reason we left there with a Lexus RXH-350. He alone made that sale to us. Austin's knowledge of Lexus products is nothing short of fantastic. Once we decided that was going to be our new vehicle, we went to financing. I know, the dreaded finance department everyone loves. However, we met with Finance Leader, Toby Gray! Once again we felt the love from Toby, and he made that whole process very easy to tolerate and get through. He answered every question we asked fully and in detail, if it was necessary. We were never made to feel dumb by some questions or that we were beneath him. We were equals, and he listened intently to every question. Toby was another phenomenal staff member who truly looked out for us and our bottom dollar. While Austin and Toby were doing their respective jobs for us, and the dealership itself, they were persistent, yet neither one was pushy or aggressive trying to sell us something. I am aware this is a "for profit" business; fortunately for us, the entire staff works hard to ensure repeat customers and they deserve it. I'd also also like to personally thank the Finance Director, Ryan Durso! He was super busy running around taking care of customers, but he stopped to ask how our experience was, and about our new purchase. Ryan was Incredibly professional and friendly. He shared some of his experiences and ensured he would oversee the maintenance items performed that we purchased with the vehicle. Overall, phenomenal experience as well as working with these magnificent folks who, you can obviously see, work so hard to give you the best experience possible when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone there I spoke with was amazing. The front reception desk and those ladies when you walk in, the folks keeping the drinks and snacks full, to those who made those delicious chocolate cookies, those who contribute to the magnificent cleanliness around the place, oh, and there's major construction going on the currently. Tom McComber was the salesperson I worked with, and he was exactly what you hope for but rarely get at a dealership: honest, straightforward, and respectful of my time. No games, no pressure, no back-and-forth nonsense. He didn’t waste my time like many salespeople tend to do. The finance officer and the sales team lead were also very friendly and professional. There was no issues with the buying process and Olga was helpful every step of the way. I found the used car I wanted there and requested to test drive it. I was told they would get it through service and I test drove it the next day. I bought the car and drove it home, only to have some major engine repairs needed less than 2000 miles later. I don’t have even have the actual plates on the car yet and it needs repair. I have not heard anything back from the relevant parties at the dealer to help resolve the issue.

Established case law prevents dealerships from adding warranties and or contracts without the consent of the customer. This is exactly what they tried to do. When confronted about this they became extremely aggressive and agitated. Would not recommend this dealership or person for your own safety and sanity.

These guys are the best! I was in Indiana and purchased the Bronco over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership, the Bronco was better than described. Mike and Luis helped us through the process and we were home with our new Bronco in two days. I can’t say enough about the dealership. If I had to critique anything, it would be getting our title. However, we are out of state so that just could be working through different state laws. Bottom line is that I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The chaotic conditions may be part of the reason the delivery of the vehicle was not smooth. The schedule of final delivery to us was not clear, and we were contacted 4 days prior to the original completion date, and told the vehicle was now ready. In pushing the final preparation of the car, they damaged the car, and the issue was not detected until many days later. Detected by us, not the dealer. A service appointment with a loaner was scheduled; the car was returned to the dealer for two days; and the repairs were made.

I experience went well. The sale was smooth and uneventful. Joshua & Kaleb were very polite and well educated. When the car was delivered it was late for our 3:30 pickup. And the interior (windows) could have been cleaned/detailed a little better. But I think they were running behind. The Dealership is a disaster area (had I known, I would have gone to Tampa) but that's not anyones fault. Thus the 4 out of 5 stars. It will be nice once the construction is completed. I hope this turns out to be as nice of a owner/dealership relationship as I had with Mercedes across the street.

Luis helped us a ton with getting our purchase squared away, as minimal as possible left to do once we arrived, a test drive with our two kids still in car seats, and even helped us get everything moved over from our old vehicle to our new vehicle! Can’t recommend Luis and the dealership enough!

Happy with our new Lexus, but we were put off by attempt to charge for two redundant paint protection packages, and the effort to sell pre-paid maintenance and other add-on packages was too aggressive.

These guys are the best!
These guys are the best! I was in Indiana and purchased the Bronco over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership, the Bronco was better than described. Mike and Luis helped us through the process and we were home with our new Bronco in two days. I can’t say enough about the dealership. If I had to critique anything, it would be getting our title. However, we are out of state so that just could be working through different state laws. Bottom line is that I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially if they are buying from out of state. As I said… they are the best. Easiest car deal I’ve ever made.

Overall my experience was pleasant leasing my first Lexus. However, when I signed all the documents they put the documents on a thumb drive and didn’t give it to me when I left. I messaged the salesman to have it sent to me and he responded he would but haven’t received my thumb drive with all the documents from the lease. It has been almost 3 weeks.

There was no issues with the buying process and Olga was helpful every step of the way. I found the used car I wanted there and requested to test drive it. I was told they would get it through service and I test drove it the next day. I bought the car and drove it home, only to have some major engine repairs needed less than 2000 miles later. I don’t have even have the actual plates on the car yet and it needs repair. I have not heard anything back from the relevant parties at the dealer to help resolve the issue.

Olga greeted us with a smile and a question "can I help you?" After we told her what we came for she was happy to show us the two Lexus we had questions on. She was very knowledgeable and took her time with us, showed us the two cars in questions. In the end we bought a Lexus NX that very day. We couldn't be happier with Olga she made sure we found the car that made us happy and fit our budge. She is awesome.
