We looked high and low for a good pre owned vehicle, but every dealership disappointed us with a vehicle that either had a questionable carfax or it just had several issues with the vehicle such as excessive dings, deep scratches, beat up wheels, etc.This was the first dealership that had truly clean vehicles and the vehicle we purchased had about as perfect of a carfax grade as you could get. Buy from a high dealership and get a vehicle owned by a more responsible person. The dealership was very welcoming and always transparent. We actually never felt pressure, which was a nice change. Our next vehicle will be purchased at this dealership!

Mark and Toby were great.
Mark and Toby were great. Everyone was nice and they expedited the process for us. My only negative was the service department. After I left, there was oil on my carport. I took it to a local dealership, who told me the wrong oil filter was used, and it wasn't tightened, so was losing oil for the 4.5 hour drive home and in all the terrible traffic. Thank goodness it didn't damage the engine.

Finding a 2026 Lexus TX 550h+ in Wind Chill Pearl—a limited edition that’s no longer in production—was no small feat, and he went above and beyond to make it happen. His dedication to locating exactly what I wanted made all the difference. That said, the dealership’s fulfillment process has room for improvement. A few details fell short of what I expected for a premium purchase: • Licensing preferences — My specific preferences weren’t honored during the registration process, which required follow-up on my end. • Vehicle condition — The car arrived with missing washer fluid and needed a thorough detail, which shouldn’t be necessary on a brand-new vehicle. • Delivery logistics — The vehicle became soiled during the delivery/repair process, and I had to address cleanliness issues myself. The vehicle itself is outstanding, and my salesman’s work was flawless. However, if Sarasota Lexus fine-tuned their delivery coordination and ensured vehicles arrive in pristine condition, the overall experience would be truly seamless. Tom McComber was the salesperson I worked with, and he was exactly what you hope for but rarely get at a dealership: honest, straightforward, and respectful of my time. No games, no pressure, no back-and-forth nonsense. He didn’t waste my time like many salespeople tend to do. The finance officer and the sales team lead were also very friendly and professional. I experience went well. The sale was smooth and uneventful. Joshua & Kaleb were very polite and well educated. When the car was delivered it was late for our 3:30 pickup. And the interior (windows) could have been cleaned/detailed a little better. But I think they were running behind. The Dealership is a disaster area (had I known, I would have gone to Tampa) but that's not anyones fault. Thus the 4 out of 5 stars. It will be nice once the construction is completed. I hope this turns out to be as nice of a owner/dealership relationship as I had with Mercedes across the street.

However, the General Manager, manager, Head of service and lead technician worked extremely hard and did resolve the issue. I could not have been more impressed with their dedication to customer service and professionalism! Even the corporate Lexus personnel did not have confidence that we could resolve my issue; Sarasota Lexus continued to work diligently and efficiently and resolved my issue. Her last two vehicles were Buicks, both cars; however, we were looking for something in an SUV. We headed out in search of a vehicle for her, heading to multiple dealerships in search of her luxury vehicle. We've always been happy with GM and their line of more luxury vehicles. Couldn't find anything, anywhere they had in inventory that she liked, a medium-sized SUV with nicer quality accessories inside the vehicle. Her must haves are cooled seating, moon/sunroof, a few different color choices. No luck! We decided to go elsewhere and give other manufacturers' different models a shot. Acura, most very nice and reliable, yet didn't strike up a spark in her. Honda, Ford, Nissan, etc. would prove to provide no fruit to bear as well. We stopped by Lexus of Sarasota were we were greeted by Austin Guzman. Extremely professional, pleasant and respectful! Great personality, and proved to be invaluable to our requests, especially our "must haves " This young man was the exact reason we left there with a Lexus RXH-350. He alone made that sale to us. Austin's knowledge of Lexus products is nothing short of fantastic. Once we decided that was going to be our new vehicle, we went to financing. I know, the dreaded finance department everyone loves. However, we met with Finance Leader, Toby Gray! Once again we felt the love from Toby, and he made that whole process very easy to tolerate and get through. He answered every question we asked fully and in detail, if it was necessary. We were never made to feel dumb by some questions or that we were beneath him. We were equals, and he listened intently to every question. Toby was another phenomenal staff member who truly looked out for us and our bottom dollar. While Austin and Toby were doing their respective jobs for us, and the dealership itself, they were persistent, yet neither one was pushy or aggressive trying to sell us something. I am aware this is a "for profit" business; fortunately for us, the entire staff works hard to ensure repeat customers and they deserve it. I'd also also like to personally thank the Finance Director, Ryan Durso! He was super busy running around taking care of customers, but he stopped to ask how our experience was, and about our new purchase. Ryan was Incredibly professional and friendly. He shared some of his experiences and ensured he would oversee the maintenance items performed that we purchased with the vehicle. Overall, phenomenal experience as well as working with these magnificent folks who, you can obviously see, work so hard to give you the best experience possible when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone there I spoke with was amazing. There was no issues with the buying process and Olga was helpful every step of the way. I found the used car I wanted there and requested to test drive it. I was told they would get it through service and I test drove it the next day. I bought the car and drove it home, only to have some major engine repairs needed less than 2000 miles later. I don’t have even have the actual plates on the car yet and it needs repair. I have not heard anything back from the relevant parties at the dealer to help resolve the issue.
